My girl is having her PSLE this period, very worry. Trying my best not to give her pressure. Hope she will try her best.

Almond Tiles

Almond Flakes 30g
Fine Sugar 25g
Cake Flour 5g

Whole Egg 10g
Egg White 9g

Vanilla Essence 0.5g

Method:
Mix all the ingredients together
Spread some and flatten over a baking sheet
Oven Temp. 180 degree C until golden brown
Cool and keep in container.

15 Sep 09, my supervisor TTH left. He was with me for 7 years. I liked him so much, he is a nice guy. Had trained him so hard until he could not take it anymore. SO SAD & HURT.
He will find a new girl friend and settle down. I wish him all the best.

Blue Wedding Cake

I have not been painting my little sky.

I have a blue wedding cake order few days ago, have been busy with it.

"My blue little sky" was set up by my daughter Ada. She is in Pr 5 this year.

I always wanted to share more in my blog but always soooooo Lazy to get things going

will try to work harder from now.
